This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, science-driven environment and is passionate about ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections</li><li>Process payroll and maintain related records</li><li>Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management</li><li>Manage general ledger entries and support monthly and year-end close procedures</li><li>Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and expense tracking</li><li>Collaborate with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies promptly</li><li>Maintain organized electronic and physical financial records in accordance with industry regulations</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Minimum of 2 years’ bookkeeping or accounting experience (industry experience in biotech or a related field is a plus)</li><li>Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity</li></ul>
