We are looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee and enhance daily production activities in our manufacturing facility. In this Contract to permanent position, you will lead a team of technicians and assemblers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the success of a dynamic and organized production environment. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring all production goals are met efficiently and on schedule. • Assign tasks and optimize resource allocation to maintain smooth workflow and maximum productivity. • Monitor and analyze production processes, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime and waste. • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards throughout the manufacturing process. • Provide training and mentorship to team members, encouraging skill development and growth. • Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and resolving employee concerns. • Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including metrics on output, quality, and material usage. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to resolve operational challenges and improve processes. • Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and eliminating waste within the production cycle. • Promote and enforce workplace safety by adhering to company policies and conducting routine safety audits.

• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams. • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities to address production challenges. • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices. • Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively. • Competence in interpreting technical drawings and specifications. • Experience using manufacturing execution systems and enterprise resource planning software. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
