Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to customers within the financial services industry. By addressing inquiries and resolving issues, you will contribute to a positive experience for both clients and their employees, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone in a friendly and detail-oriented manner.<br>• Assist customers with resetting passwords securely and efficiently.<br>• Troubleshoot technical issues related to login processes, onboarding, and timekeeping.<br>• Provide guidance and solutions to resolve customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction.<br>• Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues to refine service processes and improve customer experiences.<br>• Conduct follow-up communications to confirm successful resolution of customer concerns.<br>• Maintain knowledge of security protocols to ensure safe password management.<br>• Utilize office equipment effectively to support daily tasks and documentation needs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous.<br>• At least two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.<br>• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address customer needs effectively.<br>• Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and efficiently.<br>• Familiarity with basic office equipment, including computers, fax machines, and copiers.<br>• Physical capability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift or move items up to 20 lbs.
