Human Resources (HR) Administrator
We are looking for a bilingual Human Resources (HR) Administrator to oversee and manage HR functions for a small construction firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. This long-term contract position requires someone detail oriented who can handle employee relations, onboarding, and other essential HR duties with precision. If you have a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee daily HR operations, including managing employee relations and addressing workplace concerns.<br>• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.<br>• Conduct background checks and verify candidate qualifications to maintain hiring standards.<br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.<br>• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.<br>• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support a diverse workforce.<br>• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.<br>• Assist in resolving employee conflicts and fostering a collaborative work environment.<br>• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources administration or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR compliance.<br>• Experience conducting background checks and managing sensitive employee information.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.<br>• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust within a team.<br>• Familiarity with construction industry HR practices is a plus.
