The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excel in collaboration with various departments to optimize inventory processes. Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock availability across multiple warehouses and distribution centers. • Analyze inventory performance to identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to prevent overstock or shortages. • Organize and oversee periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain teams to develop precise demand forecasts based on historical data. • Utilize forecasting tools to predict future inventory needs for diverse product categories. • Generate detailed reports on inventory metrics, such as turnover rates and shrinkage, to support management decisions. • Coordinate with procurement teams to optimize re-order points, vendor lead times, and delivery schedules. • Work alongside marketing and product teams to align inventory levels with promotional events and corporate objectives. • Maintain and enhance inventory management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools to ensure data accuracy and alignment. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline inventory processes and data sharing efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Familiarity with inventory management systems and demand planning software. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate across teams. • 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics. • Ability to organize and execute inventory audits with precision. • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accurate inventory records and reports.
