Human Resources Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and facilitating smooth employee management processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail environment while enhancing workforce efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee the preparation, review, and management of legal forms and documentation related to HR operations.<br>• Conduct thorough background checks to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.<br>• Administer HR processes, including record management, policy implementation, and employee relations.<br>• Draft and manage legal correspondence to maintain compliance with applicable regulations.<br>• Support employee onboarding by facilitating orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.<br>• Coordinate and manage benefit-related functions, including enrollment and employee inquiries.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address HR-related concerns and provide effective solutions.<br>• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure organizational compliance.
• Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in managing legal forms, correspondence, and compliance documentation.<br>• Strong knowledge of procedures related to legal requirements.<br>• Familiarity with benefit administration and employee onboarding processes.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle HR functions efficiently.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and correspondence.<br>• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
