Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will primarily act as the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience for callers and visitors. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, providing an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to a dynamic work environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.<br>• Serve as the primary point of contact for the department, handling inquiries efficiently and professionally.<br>• Maintain accurate records of calls and messages to ensure seamless communication.<br>• Provide support for administrative tasks to enhance department operations.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.<br>• Assist with organizing and coordinating schedules when needed.<br>• Ensure the reception area is welcoming and well-organized.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members to address any immediate issues.<br>• Uphold company policies and procedures while interacting with clients and staff.<br>• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.<br>• Proficient in using phone systems and basic office equipment.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• A commitment to delivering excellent service with a focus on precision and reliability.<br>• Comfortable adapting to fast-paced and evolving work settings.
