Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage manufacturing work orders to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. • Implement and analyze product cost strategies to optimize manufacturing processes. • Lead change management initiatives to improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes. • Provide education and training to manufacturing teams transitioning from construction-focused environments. • Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage budgets for manufacturing projects. • Conduct detailed project cost analysis and reporting to support decision-making. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations within a global manufacturing framework. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address financial and operational challenges. • Support continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing cost accounting systems and processes.

• Proven experience in manufacturing cost accounting and project accounting. • Strong understanding of inventory management, including raw materials and finished goods. • Expertise in analyzing and implementing product cost strategies. • Ability to lead and manage change initiatives within a manufacturing environment. • Excellent communication skills, particularly in training teams from construction-related backgrounds. • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management for manufacturing projects. • Demonstrated ability to work within global manufacturing operations. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
