Sr. Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for an experienced Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roseville, Minnesota. As part of a non-profit organization, this Contract position involves engaging directly with volunteers and ensuring seamless support throughout their seasonal campaign. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a knack for organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage incoming calls from volunteers, assisting with sign-ups, resolving inquiries, and providing necessary information.</p><p>• Search volunteer profiles and assign them to appropriate shifts based on availability and requirements.</p><p>• Register and cancel volunteers as needed, ensuring accurate records are maintained.</p><p>• Handle conflict resolution and address issues such as missing supplies or scheduling concerns.</p><p>• Provide administrative support including mailing, creating holiday cards, and updating electronic documents.</p><p>• Assist with recruitment by reaching out to previous volunteers to encourage participation in seasonal campaigns.</p><p>• Develop marketing materials such as flyers and thank-you cards to support volunteer initiatives.</p><p>• Direct messages and inquiries to appropriate departments or Salvation Army locations.</p><p>• Utilize technology to learn new databases and efficiently schedule and manage volunteer shifts.</p><p>• Contribute to special projects during downtime, such as updating maps or organizing electronic files.</p>
• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Comfortable working with databases and learning new systems.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to handle conflict resolution and maintain professionalism under pressure.<br>• Experience in volunteer recruitment or management is preferred.<br>• A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to various administrative tasks.
