Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Rosemont, Illinois. This position requires exceptional accuracy, speed, and a strong ability to manage and input data effectively. You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and organization of our vendor master records while collaborating with the team to meet deadlines.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Enter and verify data with a high level of precision and attention to detail.<br>• Maintain and update vendor master records to ensure accuracy and compliance.<br>• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly data entry goals.<br>• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries to uphold quality standards.<br>• Utilize computer systems and software efficiently for data input and management.<br>• Ensure proper handling of sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.<br>• Monitor progress and provide feedback to improve data entry processes.<br>• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required.<br>• Uphold consistent attendance and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related role, showcasing speed and accuracy.<br>• Proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric data entry.<br>• Strong computer skills with familiarity in data entry software and tools.<br>• Ability to type efficiently and accurately under time constraints.<br>• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.<br>• Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.<br>• Understanding of vendor master records or similar systems is a plus.<br>• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
