Spanish Speaking Receptionist
We are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking receptionist to join our team in Rockwall, Texas. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in both English and Spanish.<br>• Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard system, ensuring efficient and clear communication.<br>• Assist customers by guiding them through processes and providing accurate information.<br>• Perform administrative duties such as drafting documents and maintaining organized records using Microsoft Office 365 applications.<br>• Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presents a welcoming environment.<br>• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules as needed.<br>• Relay messages promptly and accurately to the appropriate team members.<br>• Support various office operations by collaborating with staff and handling other assigned tasks.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English.<br>• Experience working with multi-line phone systems (1-10 lines).<br>• Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.<br>• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
