We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our client's Human Resources team. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple HR functions, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys balancing compliance and employee engagement — someone who’s equally comfortable processing paperwork as they are improving HR processes.Responsibilities:• Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment.• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.• Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.• Coordinate employee training programs and maintain participation records.• Assist in payroll and performance management processes.

• 3+ years of HR experience with focus in one or more specialties.• Strong analytical and organizational skills.• Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
