Responsibilities: • Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and adjustments. • Manage corporate and sales tax processes, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Assist in preparing corporate tax returns and related documentation. • Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect accurate financial data. • Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for efficient financial analysis and reporting. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records. • Provide support during audits or financial reviews as needed.

• Proven experience in corporate and sales tax management. • Strong proficiency in preparing corporate tax returns. • Solid understanding of journal entries and general ledger maintenance. • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for accounting tasks. • Knowledge of month-end closing processes and reconciliations. • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
