We are looking for an experienced Public Staff Tax Accountant to join our team in Roanoke, Texas. If you are detail-oriented, proficient in tax preparation software, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Prepare and review individual tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Handle corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.<br>• Utilize CCH ProSystem Fx to manage tax preparation and related tasks efficiently.<br>• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information for tax filings.<br>• Conduct thorough reviews of tax documents to identify and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate filings.<br>• Assist in maintaining organized records and documentation for audit purposes.<br>• Provide attentive support to clients, addressing tax-related inquiries and concerns.<br>• Work closely with team members to ensure timely completion of all tax projects.

• Proven experience in preparing individual and corporate tax returns.<br>• Proficiency in using CCH ProSystem Fx or similar tax preparation software.<br>• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance standards.<br>• Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve tax-related issues.<br>• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.<br>• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
