This role involves managing critical accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, and contributing to the smooth operation of our service-oriented organization. Responsibilities: • Process and record rent and property tax payments with precision and timeliness. • Manage utility payment transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. • Conduct reconciliations of accounts to verify the accuracy of financial data. • Handle month-end closing procedures, including accrual identification and accurate reporting. • Support compliance efforts related to property management and tax obligations. • Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and utility providers to ensure adherence to contracts. • Perform financial analyses to provide insights and recommendations to management. • Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed to support organizational goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in a comparable position. • Proficiency in utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and relevant regulations. • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team. • Capacity to work independently while meeting deadlines.
