Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who values professionalism and thrives in an organized, client-focused environment. The role involves supporting various administrative functions while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication.<br>• Handle sensitive client information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.<br>• Provide clerical support to caseworkers and other team members, including managing files and documentation.<br>• Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records and databases.<br>• Coordinate with different departments to ensure client requests are processed efficiently.<br>• Answer inbound calls professionally and address inquiries or redirect them as needed.<br>• Act as the first point of contact by performing receptionist duties and greeting visitors.<br>• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support daily operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.<br>• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and record management.<br>• Experience in answering calls and providing excellent customer service.<br>• Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks.<br>• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.<br>• Proficient in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
