<p>We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Richardson, Texas. This is 100% onsite. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product features while working closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and stakeholder management will be crucial in driving successful outcomes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate with various teams, including Engineering, Legal and Compliance, Fraud and Disputes Operations, and Product teams to develop and implement product features.</p><p>• Lead Agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and defining user stories to ensure smooth project workflows.</p><p>• Gather and evaluate stakeholder feedback to inform product development decisions and priorities.</p><p>• Monitor and report on key performance indicators and project outcomes to measure success.</p><p>• Design and implement control frameworks, processes, and procedures for assigned products.</p><p>• Utilize collaboration tools like Confluence to manage project documentation and communication effectively.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, including familiarity with frameworks such as <strong>Reg Z.</strong></p><p>• Develop technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams to address project requirements.</p><p><br></p>

• Proven experience in project management, including cross-functional collaboration.<br>• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Confluence.<br>• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.<br>• Familiarity with credit card industry processes and fraud/dispute workflows.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with clear planning and milestone tracking.<br>• Solid technical understanding and ability to contribute to developing solutions.<br>• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, particularly Reg Z, within financial technology.<br>• Certification or formal training in Agile Scrum methodologies is a plus.
