• Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and administration within a commercial environment.<br>• Strong knowledge of legal and compliance standards related to contracts.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.<br>• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts with attention to detail.<br>• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.<br>• Familiarity with contract management software and tools.<br>• Problem-solving skills to address complex contract-related challenges.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field is preferred.
