Robert Half is seeking a senior-level HR detail oriented to support a company through a period of transition. Our client is an established, privately held organization. As their HR consultant, you will oversee the day-to-day HR functions while also supporting the restructure of their internal HR operations. Provide strategic guidance on workforce communications, change management, and risk mitigation. Support the development of interim HR processes and documentation. Advise on vendor selection, contract negotiation, and implementation planning. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance throughout the transition
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including consulting or interim roles. Proven success in leading HR transformations, including outsourcing and leadership transitions. Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and organizational change. Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and ability to navigate confidential matters. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
