HR Recruiter
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Lakewood, WA (100% in-office). This is a on-site contract role where you will play a key role in managing recruitment processes and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and skilled in talent acquisition strategies. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.</p><p>• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools using limited resources.</p><p>• Coordinate with hiring committees and managers to define job requirements and set recruitment timelines.</p><p>• Prepare and distribute offer letters, conduct background checks, and oversee staffing reports.</p><p>• Schedule and facilitate interviews while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.</p><p>• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR tools to streamline recruitment workflows.</p><p>• Build relationships with hiring committees and ensure proper introductions for new team members on their start dates.</p><p>• Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.</p><p>• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the hiring process.</p>
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>• Proven experience in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition.<br>• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software.<br>• Strong skills in proactive sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.<br>• Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.<br>• Experience coordinating with hiring committees and managing recruitment timelines.<br>• Familiarity with onboarding processes and related compliance procedures.<br>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
