<p>Robert Half's enterprise client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver key projects, with a strong focus on procurement lifecycle management and cross-functional coordination. In this role, you will support procurement operations, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and security protocols.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support procurement activities including drafting contracts, submitting purchase orders, and maintaining PO lifecycle (creation, extension, and updates).</li><li>Monitor and track PO status across lifecycle stages to ensure timely creation, approval, extension, and closure aligned with project and operational needs.</li><li>Liaise with finance, procurement, and project stakeholders to resolve PO-related issues, prevent delays, and maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Assist with supplier onboarding to ensure compliance with security controls, policies, and data processing requirements.</li><li>Engage with project owners and security managers to align procurement activities with project timelines and requirements.</li><li>Confirm project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute on the project charter.</li><li>Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality control activities.</li><li>Deliver assigned projects in accordance with established requirements and deadlines.</li><li>Provide clear and consistent project communications and reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with Physical Security team members to deliver projects and purchase orders.</li><li>Document processes, policies, and requirements, ensuring runbooks and training guides are kept up to date with any changing requirements.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and protect client information.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar project management capacity.</li><li>Strong understanding of procurement and purchasing processes, including contract drafting and PO lifecycle management.</li><li>Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments.</li></ul>
