<p>Robert Half is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Controller Consultant to support our client in the construction sector. This position requires an individual with deep Construction experience to assist with an accounting system implementation.</p><p>The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of project accounting, including progress billing and the statement of values. The consultant must also possess functional experience with "SAGE 100 Contractor" ERP system. </p><p>Skills: </p><p>-Excellent written/verbal communication skills required</p><p>-Must be able to work independently</p><p>-Roll -up the sleeves individual</p><p>-Knowledge of 'SAGE 100 Contractor' must have </p>

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction accounting or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor and familiarity with its functionalities.<br>• Strong understanding of progress billing and statement of values in construction projects.<br>• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.<br>• Proven track record of streamlining accounting processes and improving efficiency.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.<br>• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and financial management.
