The following skills are desired:</p><p>Technical Skills:</p><p>-The ability to determine a wrap rate as it relates to cost accounting in a manufacturing environment</p><p>-Excellent in analyzing data in the ERP and excel to reach desired goal</p><p>Soft Skills</p><p>-Attention to detail</p><p>-Able to communicate at various levels within the organization</p>

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.<br>• Proven expertise in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.<br>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across various organizational levels.<br>• Experience with asset inventory management and financial documentation.
