Responsibilities:• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting related to standard, job, and direct costs.• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required financial documents.• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to support manufacturing operations.• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to assist decision-making processes.• Monitor and analyze variances in manufacturing costs, offering actionable insights.• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and relevant regulations.• Assist in preparing special reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.• Support continuous improvement initiatives in cost accounting processes.• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and recommendations.• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in standard cost accounting methods and systems. • Demonstrated ability to perform detailed financial analyses and reporting. • Experience with ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions. • Familiarity with corporate policies and GAAP compliance. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities across teams.
