We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Ramsey, New Jersey. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to various accounting tasks while working onsite five days a week. Responsibilities: • Perform accounts payable duties, including processing invoices and verifying payment details. • Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as tracking incoming payments and maintaining accurate records. • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve discrepancies. • Execute account reconciliation processes to maintain balance sheet accuracy. • Record accounting entries and assist in maintaining the general ledger. • Utilize basic Excel skills for data entry, analysis, and reporting tasks. • Collaborate with the corporate collections team to manage outstanding balances. • Support internal accounting operations by delivering timely and accurate financial data. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all accounting activities.

• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. • Experience or familiarity with bank and account reconciliations. • Ability to accurately record accounting entries and maintain financial records. • Proficiency in basic Excel functions, including data entry and formatting. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members. • Willingness to work onsite in Ramsey, New Jersey, five days a week. • A degree in accounting or related field is preferred but not required.
