We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing accounts payable processes and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role. Responsibilities: • Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency. • Review and code invoices to ensure proper account allocation. • Handle payments through Automated Clearing House (ACH) and manage check runs. • Collaborate with team members to support financial operations for two managed companies. • Utilize construction industry software, including Spectrum Viewpoint and Yardi Breeze. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all payment processes. • Maintain organized records of transactions and support audit preparation. • Assist with additional accounting duties as needed to support the team. • Contribute to a positive work environment and foster strong team relationships. • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar roles within the construction industry. • Proficiency in financial software, including Spectrum Viewpoint and Yardi Breeze. • Strong understanding of invoice coding and payment processing methods. • Familiarity with ACH payments and check run procedures. • Ability to work 100% onsite in Raleigh, North Carolina. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team. • Adaptability to handle varying tasks and support a dynamic work environment.
