We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our digital transformation efforts, focusing on the implementation and integration of advanced systems such as Windchill and other design-related software. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the modernization of legacy designs and processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review, clean up, and submit engineering designs into the system to ensure accuracy and consistency.<br>• Utilize Windchill software to create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), design components, and engineering structures.<br>• Collaborate closely with the design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to implement updated designs and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Conduct detective work to locate missing components and integrate legacy designs into new systems.<br>• Support the transition to new digital platforms, ensuring compatibility and communication between all components.<br>• Assist in the implementation of advanced software systems, including Windchill, to streamline design and service management processes.<br>• Work with engineers to gather feedback and ensure designs align with project specifications and requirements.<br>• Use CAD software, such as AutoCAD and PTC Creo, to draft and refine architectural and manufacturing designs.<br>• Document processes and maintain organized records of design updates and system integrations.<br>• Provide expertise in computer-aided design and engineering tools to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design engineering, drafting, or similar roles.<br>• Proficiency in Windchill software and other related tools.<br>• Strong expertise in CAD software, including AutoCAD and PTC Creo.<br>• Experience in creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and design components.<br>• Ability to identify and resolve issues with legacy designs and integrate them into modern systems.<br>• Familiarity with architectural and manufacturing design processes.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
