We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Attleboro, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, including hardware configuration, desktop assistance, and end-user training. This long-term contract position requires hands-on expertise in managing Windows systems, Office 365, and supporting network devices.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver day-to-day IT support, including resolving issues with printers, computer access, and password resets.<br>• Configure and distribute laptops and other hardware to employees.<br>• Provide training and documentation for end users, ensuring smooth adoption of systems.<br>• Support Office 365 applications and troubleshoot related issues.<br>• Collaborate with integrators to address user concerns and ensure optimal system performance.<br>• Offer senior-level desktop support for hardware and software systems onsite.<br>• Assist with documentation and training related to specific organizational projects.<br>• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking end users to address their IT needs.<br>• Ensure all systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.<br>• Monitor and maintain hardware, including laptops, desktops, and network printers.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.<br>• Strong knowledge of Office 365 applications and troubleshooting.<br>• Experience with hardware configuration, including laptops and network printers.<br>• Ability to create and deliver end-user training and documentation.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Spanish language proficiency is preferred to support diverse users.<br>• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and end users.
