We are looking for a dedicated Risk Management Coordinator to join our team in Wilsonville, Oregon. In this role, you will oversee risk management activities, ensuring timely responses to workplace incidents and patient concerns. This is a long-term contract position within the healthcare industry, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on safety and employee relations. Responsibilities:• Monitor workplace incidents and grievances, ensuring swift and effective resolution.• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.• Collaborate with injured workers and manage workers' compensation claims in compliance with regulations.• Develop and implement safety training programs to promote a culture of workplace safety.• Ensure adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and guidelines.• Lead and participate in safety committee meetings to address concerns and propose improvements.• Maintain and update safety management systems to enhance organizational risk mitigation.• Provide guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices.• Generate detailed reports on safety incidents and risk management activities for leadership review.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or a related field.• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards.• Proven ability to assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.• Experience managing workers' compensation claims and supporting injured employees.• Familiarity with safety training programs and safety committee participation.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to address grievances professionally.• Proficiency in using safety management systems and generating reports.• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in Spanish is required <ul><li>Min one year experience in a healthcare setting is required </li></ul>
