In this position, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial aspects of construction projects while ensuring accuracy and compliance. If you have a passion for numbers and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, this opportunity is ideal for you.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee project-related financial operations, including job costing, budgeting, and revenue tracking.</p><p>• Maintain the general ledger with precise and timely entries to ensure the integrity of financial data.</p><p>• Prepare and verify journal entries in alignment with accounting standards and company policies.</p><p>• Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.</p><p>• Analyze credit and debit transactions related to materials, subcontractors, and payroll for accuracy and compliance.</p><p>• Generate detailed financial reports and present insights to leadership, supporting informed decision-making.</p><p>• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance project profitability.</p><p>• Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to provide strategic accounting support and drive organizational goals.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout all financial processes.</p>

• Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.<br>• Strong knowledge of project accounting principles and practices.<br>• Familiarity with CMiC software and other financial management tools.<br>• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize financial data.<br>• High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial operations.<br>• Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and proactively address challenges.<br>• Solid understanding of accounting regulations and compliance requirements.
