<p>*Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* </p><p><br></p><p>Robert Half (Technology Solutions) is searching for an IT Lead to join our client's fast-paced, startup-style environment in Playa Vista. You’ll work alongside two other members of the IT team and serve as the go-to technical lead for IT operations. This position is a hands-on lead role you’ll troubleshoot, support, and help drive improvements across our IT systems and infrastructure. </p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead daily IT operations and provide hands-on support for end users.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.</li><li>Manage and maintain core IT systems including O365, Intune, Slack, and Jira.</li><li>Support and manage AWS environments </li><li>Assist with the configuration and management of cloud services and networking infrastructure.</li><li>Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure IT systems meet business needs.</li><li>Recommend and implement process improvements and technical solutions to improve system reliability and performance.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>4–6 years of IT experience, ideally in a lead or senior technical support capacity.</li><li>Proven experience managing and troubleshooting across O365, Intune, Slack, Jira, and related tools.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud environment</li><li>Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Ability to work 100% onsite in Playa Vista, CA.</li><li>Self-starter attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>*Email valerie.montoya@rht(.com) for consideration* </p>
