<p>This position is a contract/contract to hire opportunity that is responsible for multi-entity, multi-state payroll processing, supporting both union and non-union staff. You will execute weekly and biweekly payroll cycles, ensure accurate union and local tax reporting, and help transition our ERP system from Viewpoint to ADP Workforce Now.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process payroll for up to 500+ employees across several states on a weekly and biweekly basis</li><li>Support payroll operations for union, non-union, and open-shop employees (union payroll/reporting is significantly more complex)</li><li>Contribute to the migration from Viewpoint software to ADP Workforce Now</li><li>Oversee local and union tax reporting and reconciliation, including municipal requirements</li><li>Complete payroll processing and reporting tasks independently and as part of a team</li><li>Collaborate across the organization and with HR/Accounting teams</li><li>Provide excellent service to internal stakeholders regarding payroll questions and issues</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>ADP experience is required</li><li>Prior experience processing payroll in a multi-state and/or multi-entity environment</li><li>Experience with union payroll and union tax reporting is a strong plus</li><li>Strong understanding of local, municipal, and union tax requirements</li><li>Experience migrating payroll systems or working through system conversions preferred</li><li>Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and work under tight deadlines, especially on peak payroll days</li><li>Flexible mindset and ability to support a team through business and systems change</li></ul>
