Administrative Assistant
<p>Our client, located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, needs an administrative assistant on a possible contract to hire basis. We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Compliance Assistant to support our compliance team. This role focuses on reviewing and verifying listing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and company guidelines. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, thorough, and comfortable identifying errors or inappropriate content within data and photos. This is a 100% ONSITE role. Pay: $18-$19 depending on experience. Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>Review listing data and photos to confirm accuracy and compliance with state regulations and company standards.</p><p><br></p><p>Identify and flag offensive, incorrect, or noncompliant information in listings.</p><p><br></p><p>Audit data to verify completeness and consistency.</p><p><br></p><p>Follow established review processes within the company’s system.</p><p><br></p><p>Document and report discrepancies or issues to the compliance team.</p><p><br></p><p>Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling information.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>Must not hold an active real estate license.</p><p><br></p><p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</p><p><br></p><p>Experience with data entry, administrative support, or compliance review preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>Proficient with web-based systems and standard computer applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).</p><p><br></p><p>Strong communication and documentation skills.</p>
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.<br>• Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.<br>• Familiarity with managing email correspondence and incoming calls.<br>• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
