Customer Experience Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in administrative support and customer service environments, particularly within the insurance or claims sector. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations for the claims team through data entry, handling claimant inquiries, and performing other essential administrative tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Accurately input data into claims systems to maintain up-to-date records and ensure operational efficiency.<br>• Provide administrative support to the claims team, including organizing documents and managing correspondence.<br>• Respond to claimant inquiries professionally via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience.<br>• Draft well-written letters and other communications as needed to assist with claims processing.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address issues and improve overall workflow.<br>• Maintain organized workspaces and ensure desk management practices are followed.<br>• Demonstrate strong customer service skills while interacting with claimants and other stakeholders.<br>• Apply insurance knowledge, preferably from previous experience, to better understand and communicate claims-related processes.
• Ability to type efficiently, with a speed of 40+ words per minute.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and data management.<br>• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks.<br>• Excellent customer service abilities, including clear communication with the public.<br>• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.<br>• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work responsibilities.<br>• Interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and positive interactions.<br>• Previous experience in an insurance office or familiarity with insurance terminology is highly preferred.
