This role is ideal for a collaborative and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning outcomes with business goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and manage project-oriented work efforts, ensuring stability, transparency, and timely delivery.</li><li>Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices across IT teams.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress daily.</li><li>Identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and escalate issues related to scope, quality, or timelines.</li><li>Track key milestones and adjust plans or resources as needed to meet evolving project requirements.</li><li>Facilitate communication across departments to manage scope, budget, risk, and resource allocation.</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that support business objectives.</li><li>Lead complex projects through the full lifecycle: inception, design, development, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Collaborate with Scrum Masters and team leads to maintain end-to-end project plans.</li><li>Manage change requests, risk mitigation strategies, and project-specific budgets.</li><li>Provide clear and consistent updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.</li><li>Foster continuous improvement by gathering feedback and enhancing communication processes.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.</li><li>5–7 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in project management roles.</li><li>Proven experience managing medium to high-complexity projects across multiple technologies and functions.</li><li>Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum.</li><li>Strong knowledge of project management tools, resource planning, and change management techniques.</li><li>Agile Scrum certification and experience with tools such as Rally (or similar).</li><li>Experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies.</li><li>Preferred background in enterprise systems or database administration.</li><li>Solid understanding of infrastructure concepts and their application in project delivery.</li></ul><p>•<strong>What We Value</strong></p><ul><li>Clear and inclusive communication</li><li>Collaborative problem-solving</li><li>Adaptability in dynamic environments</li><li>A commitment to continuous learning and improvement</li></ul>
