<p>A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Counsel / Real Estate Finance Attorney with strong experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, finance, development, and portfolio acquisitions/dispositions. <p>Responsibilities</p><p>Lead and negotiate commercial real estate finance, development, acquisition, and disposition transactions.</p><p>Draft and review loan documents, PSAs, joint venture agreements, leases, management agreements, and related deal documents.</p><p>Oversee multistate and cross-border portfolio transactions across hospitality, student housing, multifamily, medical office, and mixed-use assets.</p><p>Advise clients on deal structure, due diligence, risk management, and strategic business objectives.</p><p>Coordinate with lenders, investors, executives, and third parties to drive transactions through closing.</p><p>Support corporate operations with contract drafting, compliance, and management of outside counsel (if in-house).</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>JD from an accredited law school; top-tier preferred.</p><p>5-8+ years of commercial real estate and finance experience at a national law firm; in-house experience a plus.</p><p>Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills.</p><p>Ability to handle complex, high-value transactions with precision and business-minded judgment.</p><p>Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, Preferable PA/NJ </p>
