<p>We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide invaluable support to the Director of Human Resources and Facilities at a respected non-profit organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to organizational success. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Director of Human Resources and Facilities, ensuring seamless daily operations.</p><p>• Answer and manage inbound calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain well-organized records and databases.</p><p>• Manage receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and maintaining a positive first impression for the organization.</p><p>• Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.</p><p>• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient time management.</p><p>• Maintain and update office supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines.</p><p>• Support the team with various administrative office tasks to promote efficiency and productivity.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative activities.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.<br>• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative office tasks.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
