<p>We are looking for a skilled Transactional Attorney to join our client team on a long-term contract basis. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts such as NDAs and terms and conditions. The position offers an opportunity to provide day-to-day legal support while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and business units to address ongoing needs. If you have transactional experience in-house or with a respected law firm and are barred and in good standing in any state please apply today by sending your resume directly to jennifer[dot]cotton[at]roberthalf[dotcom].</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Draft, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and commercial terms and conditions to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.</p><p>• Manage a high volume of smaller transactions efficiently, focusing on quality and timeliness.</p><p>• Provide legal support to resolve immediate backlog issues and contribute to ongoing transactional needs.</p><p>• Collaborate with assigned partners to support specific business units effectively.</p><p>• Utilize provided technology tools to streamline contract management and review processes.</p><p>• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to address legal concerns and provide guidance.</p><p>• Ensure all documents align with organizational policies and applicable laws.</p><p>• Offer strategic advice on day-to-day legal matters to support business operations.</p>

<p>• Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.</p><p>• A minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.</p><p>• Prior experience in either an in-house legal department or a law firm is advantageous.</p><p>• Strong expertise in civil litigation and transactional law, including drafting motions and contracts.</p><p>• Proficiency in managing discovery processes and briefing legal matters.</p><p>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume workloads.</p><p>• Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams and stakeholders</p>
