This contract-to-hire opportunity is open to attorneys across all levels of experience and provides strong growth potential for motivated legal professionals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Draft effective and persuasive motions and other legal filings tailored to lemon law cases.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.</li><li>Handle discovery processes, including drafting and responding to requests, reviewing documents, and identifying critical information.</li></ul><p><br></p>
