<ul><li>2+ years of customer service or medical office experience</li><li>Medical scheduling or patient registration experience preferred</li><li>Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and multitasking skills</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable</li></ul>
