<p>Our company is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Vietnamese-speaking Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and support to our diverse client base.</p><p>This position is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and working closely with Vietnamese-speaking clients. You will play an integral role in creating positive experiences, identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service delivery, and cultivating lasting relationships.</p><p>You should be adaptable, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others, with fluency in Vietnamese and English.</p>

<ul><li>Respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and live chat in both Vietnamese and English</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client challenges and deliver seamless service experiences</li><li>Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM platforms</li><li>Translate written and verbal communications as required</li><li>Participate in ongoing training programs and support onboarding for new team members</li><li>Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements</li><li>Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the quality of service for Vietnamese-speaking clients</li><li>Assist with special projects related to client support and engagement</li></ul><p><br></p>
