<p>Robert Half is partnering with a respected education entity seeking an experienced Public Records Paralegal to support their legal team. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to handle impactful public-sector work while maintaining a flexible, work-from-home schedule.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of <strong>California Public Records Act (CPRA)</strong> requests</li><li>Track, review, and process incoming public records requests</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to collect, organize, and produce responsive documents</li><li>Conduct privilege reviews and apply appropriate redactions</li><li>Maintain accurate logs, timelines, and compliance documentation</li><li>Communicate with requestors and stakeholders professionally and timely</li></ul><p><br></p>
