We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to join a thriving manufacturing organization in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This role is pivotal in driving talent acquisition efforts for technical and hands-on positions within a growing workforce. As a contract-to-permanent opportunity, this position offers the potential for long-term career growth and the chance to make a significant impact on the organization’s recruitment strategies.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for manufacturing roles, including machinists, technicians, and engineers.<br>• Source, screen, and engage candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Workday HRIS.<br>• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective placements.<br>• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.<br>• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.<br>• Provide insights into market trends and talent availability to refine hiring processes.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and track candidate progress.<br>• Collaborate with leadership to establish workforce strategies for a rapidly expanding team.<br>• Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards throughout the recruitment process.<br>• Deliver high-quality candidate experiences while balancing organizational needs.

<p>• At least 10 years of experience in recruiting for manufacturing positions, including technical and hands-on roles.</p><p>• Proven expertise in full-cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding.</p><p>• Familiarity with Workday HRIS and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.</p><p>• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.</p><p>• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines within a growing company.</p><p>• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and providing strategic hiring insights.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.</p><p>• Must be able to work onsite in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.</p><p>FOR IMMEDIDATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE CONTACT: Kelly Fellows 865-370-2219</p>
