In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, handling complex payroll processes for a large workforce.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Administer full-cycle payroll processes for a workforce of over 500 employees to ensure timely and accurate payments.</p><p>• Handle multi-state payroll operations, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.</p><p>• Process bi-weekly payroll, including adjustments and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.</p><p>• Manage garnishments, deductions, and incentive bonuses in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.</p><p>• Utilize Workforce Management (WFM) systems and Lawson software to streamline payroll operations.</p><p>• Oversee COBRA administration, ensuring compliance with health insurance continuation guidelines.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal departments to address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Maintain detailed payroll records and generate reports to support audits and internal reviews.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while implementing payroll best practices.</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration please contact Lisa Coker at 865-370-2084 to set up an interview</p>

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, including full-cycle payroll and multi-state operations.<br>• Proficiency in processing payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees.<br>• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, including garnishments and COBRA administration.<br>• Expertise in bi-weekly payroll processing and reconciliation.<br>• Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM) systems and Lawson software.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex payroll tasks.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.<br>• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and address payroll-related concerns.
