Responsibilities: • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and identify any inconsistencies or discrepancies. • Conduct audits of financial data to verify compliance with accounting standards and practices. • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making processes. • Utilize advanced Excel formulas to organize, manipulate, and interpret financial data. • Collaborate with contractors and clients to resolve billing issues and ensure proper invoicing. • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposes. • Provide support in budget preparation and capital management activities. • Apply data mining techniques to enhance financial reporting and analysis. • Work with accounting software systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. • Generate detailed financial reports using tools such as Crystal Reports for stakeholders.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis or related field. • Proficiency in accounting functions, including accrual accounting and auditing. • Strong skills in handling large datasets and performing detailed audits. • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including mastery of complex formulas. • Familiarity with accounting software systems and CRM platforms. • Experience in budget processes and capital management. • Ability to apply data mining techniques for improved financial reporting. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
