Responsibilities: • Oversee the accounts payable inbox and promptly address inquiries from vendors. • Process invoices efficiently using a three-way matching system to ensure accuracy. • Accurately code and approve invoices in accordance with company policies. • Collaborate with the team to handle payment runs and ensure timely disbursements. • Resolve any discrepancies in invoices or payments through thorough investigation and communication. • Manage purchase orders and ensure proper alignment with financial documentation. • Utilize Coupa software for invoice processing and approvals. • Support other accounts payable tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role. • Proficiency with Coupa software is required. • Familiarity with three-way matching processes for invoices. • Strong understanding of coding and approving invoices. • Experience with managing check runs and purchase orders. • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. • Preferred experience with NetSuite software. • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and team members.
