Sr. Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. This short-term contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to work closely with executives, manage complex schedules, and ensure seamless communication and operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and have a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, while ensuring time management efficiency.</p><p>• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for executives.</p><p>• Prepare and compose clear and accurate business correspondence and reports.</p><p>• Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.</p><p>• Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and project execution.</p><p>• Maintain and update records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.</p><p>• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide insights to support decision-making processes.</p><p>• Monitor and track progress on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to stakeholders.</p><p>• Train and mentor new team members to ensure alignment with company standards and practices.</p>
• Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in finance, accounting, real estate, or healthcare.<br>• Proven experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable processes.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<br>• Strong ability to create and manage spreadsheets, perform calculations, and analyze data using Excel.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and effective correspondence.<br>• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently after an initial training period.<br>• Critical thinking skills to identify patterns, analyze information, and develop solutions.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic work environment.
