Receptionist
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a short-term contract basis in New Orleans, Louisiana. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for visitors and staff. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys providing exceptional administrative support.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff.</p><p>• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and ensure messages are relayed promptly.</p><p>• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and well-organized.</p><p>• Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently using Microsoft Outlook.</p><p>• Handle email correspondence in a courteous and efficient manner, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as needed.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain records and documentation.</p><p>• Provide excellent customer service to create a positive experience for all visitors.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations.</p><p>• Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all interactions.</p><p>• Assist with additional administrative duties as required.</p>
• Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.<br>• Competence in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and email management.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy.<br>• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with email correspondence and general office tasks.
