We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New Brighton, Minnesota. This role involves leveraging expertise in Power Platform tools to design effective solutions, conduct business analysis, and contribute to team development through mentorship. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions to meet organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct detailed business analysis to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications that align with organizational objectives.<br>• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to evaluate the functionality, performance, and user experience of Power Platform solutions.<br>• Design end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.<br>• Collaborate with senior team members to share knowledge and mentor less experienced staff, fostering growth and team development.<br>• Stay updated on Power Platform advancements and recommend improvements to optimize business processes.<br>• Create and maintain documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.<br>• Work within Agile Scrum frameworks to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.<br>• Communicate across teams to ensure alignment and resolve any challenges during project implementation.<br>• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency within systems and processes.

• Proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.<br>• Demonstrated ability to perform business analysis and translate requirements into actionable solutions.<br>• Experience in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).<br>• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management principles.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for effective teamwork.<br>• Commitment to staying current with industry advancements and adopting best practices.<br>• Growth mindset with a desire to develop leadership and mentorship capabilities.
