<p>We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Providence, RI. In this role, you will assist with replacing and upgrading workstations, ensuring a seamless transition for users. This position requires technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with IT professionals to maintain operational efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Replace and upgrade desktop machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11 </p><p>• Configure laptops, install required software, and follow detailed setup instructions.</p><p>• Provide onsite support for 2-3 days to troubleshoot and resolve any setup challenges.</p><p>• Ensure proper functionality of hardware and software post-installation.</p><p>• Maintain a neat and detail-oriented appearance and adhere to a business casual dress code.</p><p>• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions as needed.</p><p><br></p>

• Proven experience with PC desktop and workstation support.<br>• Strong knowledge of Active Directory for account management.<br>• Proficiency with desktop hardware setup and troubleshooting.<br>• Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10 and related imaging technologies.<br>• Ability to work independently and follow detailed technical instructions.<br>• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with users and IT teams.<br>• Availability to work onsite in Needham, Massachusetts for 2-3 days.
